Advanced Reservations Credit Card Policy

Most of the time a credit card is not needed to make an Advanced Reservation at Walt Disney World restaurants. But there are some exceptions which I have listed below. If you find anything in error, please, go to my feedback page and send me a note. WDW Dining changes their policies from time to time, this page is meant as a guide only so when you do call WDW Dining, you'll be prepared....Scottwdw

Victoria & Albert'sCancel 24 hours in advance
$25 per person penalty for same day cancels and no-shows
Chef's Table at Victoria & Albert'sCancel 48 hours in advance
$25 per person penalty for cancels within 48 hours and no-shows
Citrico's Chef's DomainCancel 48 hours in advance
$100 penalty for cancels inside 48 hours and no-shows
Fantasmic! Dinner PackageCancel 48 hours in advance
$10 per person charge for cancels within 48 hours and no-shows
Grand Floridian's Grand Adventures in CookingCancel 48 hours in advance
$10 per person charge for cancels within 48 hours and no-shows

Restaurants Requiring Pre-Payment
Cinderella's Royal Table BreakfastFull payment due at time of booking with credit card. A full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled seating time.
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue Dinner ShowFull payment due at time of booking with credit card. A full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled seating time.
Mickey's Backyard BBQ Character MealFull payment due at time of booking with credit card. A full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled seating time.
Polynesian Spirit of Aloha Dinner ShowFull payment due at time of booking with credit card. A full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled seating time.


As of February 4, 2005, WDW Dining has Dropped the Credit Card Requirement to Hold Reservation Times for Major US Holidays!
