Wolfgang Puck Cafe is located at Downtown Disney on the West Side. My boyfriend and I enjoyed lunch at Wolfgang Puck's in May of 2008. We wanted to visit Downtown Disney the final day of our trip and thought Wolfgang Puck's could provide us with a delicious and quick meal before heading to the airport. We made an Advanced Dining Reservation however, it was not needed, as the restaurant was quiet when we arrived. Since it was a 90-degree day, we chose to eat inside the restaurant rather then outside on the terrace.

Our server started us out with some wonderful bread and olive oil to dip it in. For our appetizer, we chose to begin with crab cakes. Nick, my boyfriend, works for a seafood restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with how well made they were. The dish came with three crab cakes, in a tomato basil aioli sauce. I am not a person who enjoys a lot of seafood, and I enjoyed the crab cakes, as they did not have an overwhelming seafood taste. These were a great start to our meal however they did cost $15.95, which was more, then are entree's, but we both agree they were worth the price.

After reviewing the menu, neither of us could resist getting a wood-fired pizza. Nick got the BBQ chicken pizza. He was surprised to find the BBQ portion was the actual sauce on the pizza and not on the chicken. He enjoyed it; however it did get a little spicy for him. He would prefer to try something different when we choose to have another meal here. I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, which also had sauteed mushrooms on it. I was very pleased with my choice and would gladly order it again. It was very apparent that the mushrooms were fresh and not canned and they added a nice flavor to the pizza. Each pizza was $13.95.

Not only was the food wonderful but the service was too, it was molded to fit your dining needs. A table next to us already had their food when we arrived and were still eating when we left. Our server noted that we seemed to know what we wanted and that we wanted to eat and get going so we could enjoy more shopping before heading home.

In short, we would definitely enjoy eating at Wolfgang Puck Cafe again if the opportunity presented itself. We were on the dining plan but had used all of our points at this point so the lunch price was about $50.00, which we felt was a little high to spend on lunch but we really wanted to enjoy the appetizer!
